Pizza time in Reception!

The children have had a fantastic time today. First we read the story ‘The Little Red Hen Makes a Pizza’. Then we discussed what we like on our own pizzas before actually making our own. We can’t wait to eat them! Mmmmm 🍕

Year 3 Showcase

On Tuesday afternoon, Year 3 became Olympians and took part in a series of events to test their skills. Well done to everyone, especially to Athens who were our overall winners.

Forest Schooling Team Challenge

Our Year 3 and Year 4 forest schoolers were set a challenge this afternoon. They had to complete a set of tasks, as a team. They all had great fun and showed independence n completing the challenge.

Friendship

Mrs Schonau led an assembly this morning on the theme of friendship. Children explored the qualities that they appreciate in a good friend and Mrs Schonau was impressed with their thoughts, understanding and maturity shown.

Book Bench Update

The children have been helping to decorate the book bench today using their handprints. The children are very excited that their prints will be on show when the bench eventually goes on tour in April.
