Book Club – Year 6

Our Year 6 Book Club has started today. The children are reading a fictional novel called ‘Boy Under Water’ by Adam Baron. A poignant text about love and loss. The children enjoyed reading the text and sharing their ideas. They are looking forward to reading the rest of the book over the next 6 weeks. […]

Reading Rocket

Our first Reading Rocket for the new academic year begins on Monday 9th September and will run for the next seven weeks, ending on Sunday 27th October 2019. We hope the children will be encouraged to read five times per week and develop the habit of reading widely and often.
