Mental Health Week 2020

Yesterday saw the start of Mental Health Awareness week! The children took part in an assembly about how to ‘find their brave’ and tackle challenges bravely, how to ask for help if they feel they need it and considered how important it is to always be kind to others. They also took part in a yoga session that encouraged them to consider how to focus their minds and bodies and will be doing more yoga each day this week! Fantastic bendiness in lots of our children! 🏆
