Mental Health Awareness Week

As mental health awareness week draws to a close, take five to reflect on what you have done this week to be kind to yourself or others! It is really important to keep your mind and body healthy and taking a few minutes each day to reflect, to read, play or laugh with someone all help! Here is a little story to help with anyone who may be worrying at the moment (adults and children alike) in these strange times!
