Children’s Mental Health Week

Today we have been experiencing mindfulness in school and at home and hope you have enjoyed taking the time to breathe, relax and listen to what is going on around you – a bit of peace at last! If you haven’t had chance yet, have a look at the PowerPoint on the Home Learning page of the website for some activities you could try together over the weekend! Thank you to everyone who has joined in at home and at school – we hope it has been useful to consider how you’re feeling during these strange times and that some of the activities have been fun to try and have made you feel positive! Send any pictures in to school to share as we’ve loved seeing so many of the creative tasks you’ve tried – from baking, to dance routines, rainbows and exercise, to having a teddy on your tummy and colouring together! Fabulous! ⭐️
